Delivered as part of a broader enterprise engagement within the Noor Inc team, this project focused on reimagining the digital restaurant experience for Hyatt’s global portfolio. The strategy centered on building a modular design system capable of powering restaurant websites across over 1,350 hotels and all-inclusive properties worldwide. Through deep user research, wireflow systems, and scalable interface architecture, the experience was designed to balance global consistency with the distinct personality of each hospitality brand.

The Challenge

Global Consistency: The digital ecosystem needed a unified experience framework capable of supporting restaurant properties across multiple brands, regions, and devices.

Scalable Site Management: Hyatt required a modular system that enabled internal teams to efficiently build, update, and scale restaurant websites over time.

Cross-Device Experience: The platform needed a fully responsive architecture that preserved brand consistency and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile journeys.
