Delivered as part of a broader enterprise engagement within the Noor team, this project focused on reimagining the digital shopping experience for Orient Electric, one of India’s leading consumer electrical brands. Extensive user research, persona development, and behavioral analysis informed the experience architecture, ensuring that every interface decision was rooted in consumer needs and category-specific browsing patterns. The design system was built from the ground up with custom UI mockups, bespoke banners, original illustrations, and a dedicated icon pack to create a differentiated and premium digital presence

The Challenge
User Journey Complexity: The existing digital experience needed a more intuitive structure to support seamless product discovery across multiple appliance and home categories.
Mobile Experience: With a significant share of traffic expected from mobile users, the platform required a mobile-first experience optimized for faster navigation, browsing, and conversion.
Brand Experience Consistency: The interface needed a bespoke visual system that elevated brand perception while supporting a wide and growing product ecosystem.
